Jeong Ho Wi has been engaged in patent practice since passing the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 1995, handling domestic and international patent filings for major domestic and foreign corporations and universities, as well as responding to examination results in various jurisdictions.

In addition to his patent prosecution work, he has handled numerous matters involving analyses of patent validity and potential infringement, as well as patent trials and litigation, particularly in the fields of petrochemicals, polymers, fibers, and electronic materials. He has also advised domestic clients in litigation before U.S. federal courts and in proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission, contributing to successful outcomes.
